At ANTONINA, every piece is handcrafted by us. Although we use refined knotting techniques, it can occasionally happen that a knot loosens. If this occurs and your ring breaks, you can ALWAYS reach out to us — we will happily restring your pearls. Should any pearls get lost in the process, we will replace them for you.

Even if you didn’t know about this promise or the break happened recently but your order dates back further, please still get in touch. It is truly important to us that you enjoy our rings to the fullest — bringing you joy is at the heart of what we do.

To date, none of our rings have ever torn on their own. However, if you tend to play with your ring or use it as a meditative fidget piece (which you are absolutely allowed to do!), a break can occur. If it happens, reach out — we will take care of you right away.
